RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

RETURNS POLICY

At COMPTE SPAIN, you can request an exchange or return for any product purchased on our website within 14 days of receiving your order.

EXCEPTIONS

Exchanges or returns are not accepted for:

  1. Customized or made-to-order products.
  2. Products specified as non-returnable in the product description.

MADE-TO-ORDER PIECES

Some of our pieces embrace the slow fashion approach by offering made-to-order designs. For these items, production times may vary from a few days to a few weeks.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders cannot be canceled more than 5 hours after they have been placed.

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Return cost: 15€ per international parcel / 5€ for Spain, which will be deducted from your final refund amount.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Anything returned outside of this period constitutes a final sale. At our discretion, a credit note may be issued instead.
  • Items must be returned new, unused, with all garment tags attached, and in their original packaging.
  • Goods must be returned in the same condition as they were received. COMPTE SPAIN cannot accept damaged or soiled goods.
  • If an order arrives damaged, please notify Customer Care immediately and provide proof of the damage.

RETURN PROCESS

  • Once your return request is approved, COMPTE SPAIN will provide you with a return label and detailed instructions.
  • All import duties and taxes associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.
  • COMPTE SPAIN cannot accept responsibility for goods that fail to reach the return address. For this reason, we strongly recommend using the return label provided.

TO SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST:

  • Please request a return by contacting us at: info@comptespain.com.
  • You will receive a shipping label along with detailed return instructions within 2 business days.
  • Returns are processed within 2 business days of receipt by the designer.
  • To ensure items are adequately protected during transit, COMPTE SPAIN recommends sending items in their original packaging.

REFUNDS

  • All correctly returned items will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
  • Please note:
    • The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
    • Customs duties paid to receive your order are non-refundable.

COMPTE SPAIN reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and satisfactory return experience for all our customers.
