RETURNS POLICY
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS CAN BE MADE ON ALL PRODUCTS ON THE WEBSITE WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY OF THE ORDER.

NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ARE MADE ON PRODUCTS:
1. CUSTOM OR PERSONALIZED
2. PRODUCTS DETERMINED IN THE PRODUCT SHEET.
- The return cost will be deducted from your final refund amount.
- Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Anything returned outside of this period constitutes final sale, however you may be offered a credit note at our discretion.
- The goods must be returned new, unused, with all the garment tags still attached, with their original packaging.
- Goods must be returned in the same condition as they were received. COMPTE SPAIN cannot accept damaged or soiled goods. If an order arrives damaged, please inform Customer Care immediately showing proof of damage.
- Upon receiving and approving a return request, COMPTE SPAIN will provide you with a Return Label. Please note all import duties / taxes associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.
- Please note that COMPTE SPAIN cannot accept responsibility for goods that fail to reach the provided Return Address. Therefore, we recommend that you use the Return Label provided, as we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of returned goods.
- All correctly returned items will be credited as a refund to the original purchaser’s credit card. Please note that the original shipping charge is non-refundable. Similarly, any customs duties you will have borne to receive your order are non-refundable.
- The following may not be returned: personalised items and made to measure items (where an item is made based on your measurements that you shared with us). Some brands do not accept returns unless the product is defected or faulty upon delivery, for more information, please check each individual product page (under the ‘Shipping and Returns’ tab) ahead of completing your order.
- Please note that we monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our T&Cs will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to future returns being refused.
TO SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST:
- Please request a return through this email
- You will be supplied a shipping label via the designer along with return instructions within 2 business days.
- Returns are processed with 2 business days of receiving back to the designer.
- To ensure that returns are adequately protected in transit, COMPTE SPAIN recommends sending the items in the original packaging provided.

SHIPPING COSTS WILL VARY DEPENDING ON THE SELECTED DESTINATION.
TAXES AND DUTIES
IF YOU ARE IN THE EUROPEAN UNION, WE INCLUDE IN YOUR ORDER THE COST OF VALUE ADDED TAX (VAT) AND DUTIES. SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE EU, OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION, ARE SUBJECT TO IMPORT DUTIES. COMPTE SPAIN TAKES CARE OF SENDING THE PACKAGE TO THE PLACE OF DELIVERY THROUGH THE INCOTERM DDU (“DUTIES AND TAXES UNPAID”). THAT MEANS THAT THE PERSON TO WHOM THE SHIPMENT IS ADDRESSED IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE IMPORTATION OF THE PRODUCTS AND WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE SAME.
- Customs duties and taxes for each region or country will be the responsibility of the recipient.
REFUND POLICY
OUR POLICY HAS A DURATION OF 14 DAYS. YOU MAY REQUEST A RETURN WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVE THE PRODUCT.TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION IN WHICH YOU RECEIVED IT. IT MUST ALSO BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN, WE REQUIRE A RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE.
THERE ARE CERTAIN SITUATIONS WHERE ONLY PARTIAL REFUNDS ARE GRANTED (IF APPLICABLE )SEVERAL TYPES OF GOODS ARE EXEMPT FROM RETURN SUCH AS ANY ITEM THAT IS NOT IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION, IS DAMAGED OR MISSING PARTS FOR REASONS NOT DUE TO OUR ERROR, AS WELL AS ANY ITEM THAT IS RETURNED MORE THAN 14 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY.

ONCE YOUR RETURN IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED, WE WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL TO NOTIFY YOU THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURNED ITEM. WE WILL ALSO NOTIFY YOU OF THE APPROVAL OR DENIAL OF YOUR REFUND.IF APPROVED, YOUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED AND A CREDIT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE APPLIED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD OR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD, WITHIN 14 DAYS.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
IF YOU HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED A REFUND, PLEASE COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING TASKS BELOW. ONCE YOU HAVE DONE THIS, IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR REFUND YET, CONTACT US AT info@comptespain.com. CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY, AS IT MAY TAKE SOME TIME BEFORE YOUR REFUND IS OFFICIALLY POSTED.CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT AND CONTACT YOUR BANK, AS THERE IS OFTEN SOME PROCESSING TIME BEFORE A REFUND IS POSTED.
SALE ITEMS
ONLY REGULAR PRICED ITEMS CAN BE REFUNDED; UNFORTUNATELY, SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE REFUNDED.
